RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and Maintaining filing systems, information/document archival, administer equipment office supplies and other materials
Shall supervise and administer daily checking and monitoring of building facilities and equipments.
• Overall in-charge of Maintenance and Receptionist personnel of the office.
• Perform other Admin tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 2 years experience in handling Admin and General Services functions
• With business skills (cognitive level should be that of someone who can link operational transactions with overall business requirements/direction)
• With initiative, leadership ability and can work independently without much supervision
• Has knowledge in MS applications
