Primary Responsibilities include: • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings • Implement and maintain office systems • Maintain schedules and calendars • Arrange and confirm appointments • Handle incoming mail and other material • Set up and maintain filing systems • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information • Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Must be 21-27 years old
• At least one year experience in the field • With good communication skills both in oral / written english • Computer literate • Proficient on using Microsoft excel, word, powerpoint & general ledger program • Amenable to start ASAP!
