Primary Responsibilities include: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings Implement and maintain office systems Maintain schedules and calendars Arrange and confirm appointments Handle incoming mail and other material Set up and maintain filing systems Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information Liaison with internal and external contacts
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Must be 21-27 years old
At least one year experience in the field With good communication skills both in oral / written english Computer literate Proficient on using Microsoft excel, word, powerpoint & general ledger program Amenable to start ASAP!
